how do i stop this link from showing on google? I noticed if I put my blog name on google it comes up ok, but it also has a link with my admin page...

sorry i wasn't very clear. What i mean is on google if i key in "myblogname" it comes up with a link to my blog which is great. But the next link down on google is a link which goes straight to my login for my blog which i don't want people to be directed to...

There are two ways to do this.
The first one is described here:

The second one is described here:

The first method will work more quickly. In the meanwhile, you may be able to edit the code of your log-in page to say something like "Want to read my blog? Click here to be redirected." with a link to your homepage. However, this would require messing with your core code, which frankly I don't recommend. I suggest you use Google's tools to remove the URL (make sure it's the login url, not the site url!) and wait it out...

EDIT: There are plugins to customize your login page, but I don't think they let you add text or links.

Once a link has shown up in Google search results (if that's what you mean) it's just about impossible to get it out of there...unless you zap your admin page!
If you mean, a link showing up on your blog page, then you have to go in and diddle the html of the blog template itself (or delete the page element containing the link altogether)
