This 37 year old guy added me and he keeps saying how pretty i am and said about himself "people sometimes say I have nice eyes" like he expected me to compliment him(even though he had shades on so I couldn't see his eyes).Is he a peadophile adding me and saying I'm pretty or is he just being nice?I'm 16 btw.

technically it would depend on what the age of consent is in your area as to whether he can be labelled a "peado" or not - paedophilia is an attraction to those under the age of consent.
whether he prefers very young women is a side issue but it certainly sounds like he does - if you're not interested in hooking up with a 37 year old guy the solution is simple, tell him thank you for the compliment but also that you only want to talk to people of your own age group. if he persists, block him.

Sounds like a creep. I think it is weird for a 37 year old to flirt with a 16 year old. I'm sure you have the good sense not to give him any personal info, so it's nothing to worry about. I'm in his age ballpark and I won't flirt with a woman who is under 18. If you were down on yourself saying you were ugly I might tell if I thought you were pretty, but I wouldn't just up and say it.
