If I cancell or remove my site will I still be able to use the same username to make another site immediately after removing my former site?

I'm starting an internet based business and I need to get a website. What is the best way to go about this? Who should I use? Also explain web hosting and domain names please.

I'm trying to get videos of things like hurricanes, lightning storms, explosions, etc. to put in the background of a powerpoint I'm making for my Church group. I can't seem to find very good sites that allow you to download their videos free, however. I'm not willing to pay (ain't got no money), and I really don't want any viruses (ain't got time to fix it). Youtube and sites like that have excellent videos, but no way to download them.

Dear Friends, i am having poblem viewing some persian sites on my apple , i do not have these problems with my PC actually on BBC persian site i do and can read everything but on some other sites mostly the TITLE is all wrong but the anything else is ok for example: nourizadeh.com/peiknet.com or baztab.ir .
can anyone please help me?

Does the name " Beautiful Butterfly: Dolly Parton" sound like a good name for a Dolly Parton fan site? The reason I say beatiful butterfly is because Mrs. Parton loves butterflies. If it doesn't sound good please feel free to give any ideas you might have. Thanks in advance!

A friend of mine is about to take a trip to Europe. I've just opened up a Google webmail account for her to send email back to her friends in the U.S. Can she simply access it using http://mail.google.com as the URL or does she have to add a country code to it or modify it at all?

I presently have a Yahoo home page which I want to
