Uploading .MOV files to my yahoo website is easy but the files is not working !?

I have a .MOV files in my computer , now after uploading this files to my website , the movies is not working , is there is a way i can work these files , please i need a help ASAP

.mov files don't always work with everyone's computers. Try converting the video file into .wmv or .avi for them to play correctly. If you don't have a video converter, try using AVS Video Converter (http://www.avsmedia.com). It contains many video codecs to switch in between many formats of videos. Simply import the video and hit convert into .wmv.
