If I was to do a website for a client in Japan, who is wanting get a .co.jp in their URL, how would I go about setting it up...?

In Australia, we have to provide an ABN (Australian Business Number) to qualify for a com.au ....

Is it the same in most other countries...?

Would I have to go through a Japanese web host provider..?

Thanks in advance.

Yes, I know that MySpace is for home, and that school is educational, etc. Thank you, and if you plan to berate me about how I should be applying myself, skip this question. I have an A average, and two study halls, and there's nothing I'd like better than to check my MySpace, because my computer at home is too slow! Does anyone know of any ways to get past blocks and such, or just links from other sites to get me there? Thanks!

I have tried inserting "www.answers.yahoo.com" in the restricted websites from Internet Options (I have IE6) [as the Best Answer for this question said: http://answers.yahoo.com/question/index;_ylt=Aj044.l42BvS8hPWd5QQ1SRIzKIX?qid=1006042416362 ]
but the problem is that it blocks the whole Yahoo website (It won't let me get to www.mail.yahoo.com )
How can I block just this part of the Yahoo website (the Yahoo Answers part), without buying any software please?

(Yes I am serious.) Thank you in advance.

Say I google "John Smith wiki". I can see results that look like the link that would take me to the wiki entry for John Smith.
I click it and it takes me to a different page kind thats more a directory of things with that name for sale.

XP Pro by the way.

A few people at my work have been having problems connecting to a certain website so I gave them a call and they said that they’ve had problems with their primary site so we need to clear our DNS records and we should be able to access their website again. How do we do this?
