No. Its a scam. You can try it, but 1) don't give them your real paypal e-mail address. Ever. Set up a free yahoo or hotmail address for them to send to. 2) you will likely get a receipt that looks like it came from paypal, but it will really be a forged message.

Don't count in it...smalls like a scam to me. There's no such thing as a free lunch.
