Internet - February 2007

My internet at home is not working and this one guy just broke into my myspace and did insane things to it so i can't change it at home and i need to change it here. I've used proxy sites before but those are blocked now so any new ones?

ok if you want to change your AIM name could you? or would you have to delete it first and get a new one?

Who do I contact in order to report that money was stolen from my bank account when placing an order online? Buy.com messed up an order of mine which I sent back to their warehouse for a replacement and its been over 2 months and I still have not got my item.

I have asked for a refund and BUY.COM said they will not give me one because "a replacement order has already been placed." This sounds bogus and I need to contact the authorities to get my money back and start an investigation.

Who do I contact?

AVG has to be disconnected to download e-mails and every thing works ok. Is this a throw back from a discarded norton prog?
The message that shows in the AVG box says something like protocal----it is't my machine so I am rather vague about the problem.
