Yes, I know that MySpace is for home, and that school is educational, etc. Thank you, and if you plan to berate me about how I should be applying myself, skip this question. I have an A average, and two study halls, and there's nothing I'd like better than to check my MySpace, because my computer at home is too slow! Does anyone know of any ways to get past blocks and such, or just links from other sites to get me there? Thanks!

Look:
I KNOW MYSPACE "ISN'T FOR SCHOOL!" Shut up! Goodness gracious, read the details.
Oh, and I signed no agreement at the beginning of school that said anything about computers, blah blah blah.
Please. I'm pretty sure I won't be smited if I get on MySpace at school.

google "CGI Myspace Proxys", and keep going through them until you find one that works for you.

If you're such a straight-A student then how is it that this exact same question is asked and answered here 500 times *every day* and yet you can't figure it out on your own?

I have no idea what kind of earth-shatteringly important news you expect to get from MySpace that won't last until you get home. Those glittery "SHOWIN' SUM LUV" and "THANX FOR THE ADD" and "SEND THIS TO 25 BEAUTIFUL LADIES" messages will still be there after 2:00.

No way. NO myspace in school. Even if you have an A average, you can do something above and beyond, for extra credit. My granddaughter got yelled at really hard by her teacher for not doing more when she's capable of it.

There is no learning if there is no challenge.

If you are as smart as you claim you are, then I gather you are well aware of your school's rules regarding bypassing the firewalls they have established to keep kids from accessing restricted sites?

Listen little girl...if you want to know so bad why don't you do a search of this same damn question - you'll get over 1400 results to choose from. I'm still scratching my head to wonder how so many people before all the little kids of today managed to survive high school without myspace. Boy...weren't we deprived!

This is a direct violation of your schools internet policy and you could be suspended for it. Your parents and you likely signed this agreement at the beginning of the year.
If you are caught you could be in deep doo.
Most schools have keyloggers programs and monitor the history of all computers, simply for your safety.

i had trouble with that too. finally my friend showed me a way: in the URL type exactly this : https://vtunnel.com/ . then a window might pop up saying bla bla bla, just say yes. then there is a place on that site for you to type in any URL that you want to get passed. including myspace. hope it works for you!

Girl, what you need is a thumb drive.

If yes, download portable firefox and run it from that thumb drive. You'll get past those blocks.

Or use proxies. I use www.anonymouse.com all the time.
