A few people at my work have been having problems connecting to a certain website so I gave them a call and they said that they’ve had problems with their primary site so we need to clear our DNS records and we should be able to access their website again. How do we do this?

Go to your ISA server and do this...

Start > Run > CMD
IPCONFIG /FLUSHDNS

You could also go into your ISA Manager and look, I don't recall seeing any option in the ISA Manager console to flush the DNS but that's typically how you clear your DNS.
