Right is any one else having major problems with bt home hub, or bt total broadband? I'v only had option 3 for 2 months, the first month was great only few problems, good speed average of 3.5mb on my line. Now i'm in my second month and my speeds have droped to 1mb, the bt home hub restarts itself, the signal i'm getting is very weak, i'v done a speed test which says i'm getting the 3.5mb download speed.
So i'v been on the phone to BT for the past week nearly everyday. Who are trying to resolve the problem by connecting me to people abroad. Who i dont understand. They have made me do line tests, used remote assitance to configure my pc's, told me to connect the phoneline to the master socket, changed micro filter, and on monday they told me leave the hub off for 24 hours which i did, rang them today, and are telling me they will monitor the line for another 24 hours.
Can any one help me? is it the bt home hub or are they just having fun. Its stugeling to load pages, all day.
