Hia, I've been trying to sell a computer on ebay for my brother, and so far have it has been sold twice, but on both occassions it was bought with buy it now by a fraudulant buyer, the first time I informed paypal, but now its happend again.

Could someone please advise me on how to report these users to eBay and how I can get my fees back, which are becoming costly due to having to re-list.

If it makes a difference I've been using eBay.co.uk

Thanks.

Look in eBay under the 'advice for sellers' bit... it tells you how to report buyers who do not complete on the sale.

It's not fraud though... unless you believed they'd paid you (and I think unless you sent them the computer as well). If they just didn't pay, it's a non-paying bidder.

But eBay will give you your fees back again and will kick them off if they keep doing it. They will kick attempted fraudsters or fraudsters off straight off though.

Sounds like a payment was never made. That would be necessary for PayPal to be involved. You need to go through the steps in eBay to report a failed transaction.

Try this site page.

you may the two document a declare by way of PayPal if it is the way you paid or by way of eBay straight away. in case you log into eBay and bypass to the article in My eBay then you definately could locate an option to document a declare.
