the pop up blocker wont stop the ones that
already in your system,to get rid of them
you need to run an ante spyware program,
the link above is one of the best free ones,
if you want to download click on the link,
and look for a link that says spybot 1.4
download it then search for updates before
you run the first scan and you pop ups will be gone.

No pop-up blocker is 100% successful. Users are developing better method of getting pop-ups to occur.

switch to a more mature browser which has an in-built pop-up blocker...........switch to Mozilla Firefox or Opera .......
Opera is my favorite !!
