I fool around with my computer occasionally. I have a inbox full of messages that I would like to delete.

Do I have to go through all messages and delete individually or is there a way to just wipe it all out at once and start over?

I send out a monthly newsletter for my ministry website and currently have nearly 4,200 addresses on my mailing list--people who have asked to receive my newsletter and have opted-in. The mailing list system was set up almost four years ago by a guy who no longer works for the company, and I only know of one employee (who is now in a different department in the company) who is familiar with the e-mail system as it's set up for my newsletters. Is there a reputable hosting service that will allow opt-in e-mails to be sent to thousands of people at one time? I checked with GoDaddy.com but their largest hosting plan has a 5,000-email-per-month limit, so if I have more than 5,000 people on my mailing list, I'm outta luck. Does anyone know of any reputable hosting services which allow something like this at reasonable prices? I know that in theory I could import my mailing list into Microsoft Outlook, but I'd still have to send e-mail, and I don't want e-mail addresses kept on my computer.

This computer will be in a workplace and the idea is to let employees access 20 specific websites which are needed for work. The idea is to keep them from wasting time shopping for personal items online, playing games, chatting, etc. I know that specific websites can be BLOCKED, but what I want to do is somewhat different-- just allowing a small number of websites and then blocking the rest. Any suggestions you might have will be appreciated. Thanks.
