Internet - January 2007

How can I get internet on my laptop from anywhere?

Like satellite internet, where the internet works similar to cell phone coverage. I dont have to be in hotspots and cafes, I can just get internet anywhere.

Does anyone know of any service providers?

I am at work, and I am allowed to do pretty much whatever I want on the internet (as long as I don't give the computer the clap) I answer questions, as well as read all the news sites (cnn.com, foxnews, abcnews etc...) I get bored and can't stand it sometimes. (also I have no computer speakers)

Hi, anybody here whose new with telewest? What brand and model of the modem do they issue?i know these modems come with 2 ports-the USB and the ethernet. Can you use both ports at the same time to get internet access?or do i really have to buy a separate router?
