I just got a brand new Gateway computer and it's totally up-to-date. With that being said, I downloaded the newest version of Mozilla Firefox. Yet on many websites, especially ones that provide music video codes, I get this thing that comes up at the top of the browser that says "Additional plugin's required to view this page." Ok so I click on that, and a window comes up and prompts me that no additional plugins can be found. (This always happens when I'm trying to view a video on the sites that provide you with codes to put them on Myspace or other similiar site.)

What is the deal? I don't like using I.E. and I am just wondering WHICH plug in do I need to download in order to view videos. I downloaded Windows Media Player 11 and also found a list of plug-ins available for download. If anyone can help me with this, it'd be greatly appreciated!

I downloaded this torrent for autocad that i'm using. They say to copy and paste it into your program files ad have it overwrite the origional. How exactly do i do that. Do i delete all the program files that were previously in the folder and replace them with the torrent. i'm really confused.

i bought a digital camera off ebay from a seller who runs an ebay shop on the 17th December. When the item arrived i noted a number of faults with the item. I read the returns policy on the buyers site and returned the item accordingly to receive a full refund. I communicated with the seller and informed him of the above. He emailed me back telling me that a refund shouldn't be a problem getting a refund however no action has been taken to reimburse me. I opened a dispute on paypal yesterday as i was concerned about this. The seller got emailed me to say that he usually refunds within seven days of receiving the returned item, however during busy periods this could be anything up to 30 days. He has told me that because i have opened a dispute, paypal has frozen his account and therefore cannot refund me. He assures me that he can commence with the refund if i close the dispute.

when i open my browser it automatically has in the address bar
http://runonce.msn.com/runonce2.aspx it states done and its just a blue screen my homepage is set to yahoo so i have to keep closing this and hitting home page .
Any one ever had this problem ive been to microsoft and got updates etc but have no idea how to resolve this its seems like its a change settings for internet explorer its a Dell desktop if this helps anyone who has a better clue than me .

i'll ring Dell tomorrow if i cant find help so no need to tell me too Thanks
