When i go to remote assistance and click on invite someone to help you , it is denied. My firewall is set correctly in exceptions. Any ideas?

Dont panic, just go to msn msgr and do it from there, or start right click my comp ->properties -> remote tab and check the box there

By default, Windows has this turned off.... Within Computer Properties, Remote tab, you need to enable Remote Assistance...

hi

u need to create a user which is set to accept incoming connections on to ur computer and also a user who can connect to ur comnputer needs to have a user and password as well set on ur computer
