Well, that depends on the legal jurisdiction you are hosting the site in. Or, to put it more simply, where are you based? Holland is probably your best bet.

I would have some sort of disclaimer stating that the girls are over 18. Also, some sort of release so you can use their pics. I would keep a paper file on each girl and each customer so I know when to bill them. etc.
