How to make a "skinny" pre-made MySpace layout NOT "skinny" ?

How can I change the size my layout format from being a "skinny" type layout to a regular proportioned layout?

you have to have

table table td { width:100%; }
table table table table td { width:auto; }

in the about me section

edit the css/html it is hard to do though and i would have to see the code
