My internet service provider indicated that this is a function of the actual cable/wiring and that there's nothing they can do about it. That sounds a little fishy to me, and I suspect they just told me that so I don't leave and go to another provider. I don't have cable TV, so I can't test to see if the cable TV goes out during rainy weather or if it's strictly an internet issue. Has anyone else had this problem? If so, what did you do? Did you have any luck when you changed internet service providers? Thanks!
