Yes. If there is a link directly to the MP3, or MP4 file then you put the curson on it and go to the Browser Menu and choose the first menu to download link to folder. For some practice go to http://www.psponme.com and read the instructions for downloading flash files. But you will be saving to Video or Music folders for the other file types.
