Is there an online emulator for AIM Express?

I use AIM Express at work because I can't download regular AIM onto the system (downloads are restricted by admin). But AIM Express is starting to suck and barely works correctly... is there an other option to using AIM Express without using it? Please help!

I use Meebo.com. You don't have to make an account with them to use AIM. If you do make an account with them though, you can use like MSN, Yahoo, and AOL instant messenger at the same time. I do it. I am IMing an MSN user while IMing an AOL user. Kinda cool...
