No dial-up, no broadband from Cincinnati oh. Is anyone else haveing problems?

Netzero is the crappiest service I've ever seen. My girlfriend has their dialup and all she does is complain about them. I also have to reinstalled their crap-Zero software like once a week because it breaks.
I keep telling her to get broadband through Comcast or DSL through Verizon.
