Just send a email with attatching the MP3 file as an attatchment.
Attatching a file is very simple.
There is a option in the compose message section-attatch
Just click it and give the address of ur file u want to send.
And it is done.

attach it to your mail. if it's bigger than 10mb use a program like winrar to split it into two parts and email every part separately.
