www.freewebs.com/cinemaexpress - Most of the people now are talking about this site which offers free advertising in the site which will make the site more famous. This site if for tamil people for them to download movies and songs for free. The entire site is for free use. Is there a motive for the site?

I want to use a pic as a background in myspace and hi5 and a few days ago I saw a link in a friend's page (no I don't remember which friend and I'm not going thru all my friends) a link offering that service however i forgot the name of the website. NOTE: i need full quality of the pic.

On myspace they were giving some offer that was like $2.99 a month to get on your phone for cingular. I was wondering does that $2.99 charge go to myspace or cingular. Also does cingular charge you for internet usage on your phone??? I can deal with setting up the ebay aucion part because I'm an established ebay seller but don't understand a) how you transfer the domain name to someone else {and look like I know what I'm doing at the same time!!!} b) how can I prove to the buyer that it is mine before he is willing to hand over the cash.
