i basicly want a web address that is free that i could use to redirect to my currect web address which is really long.. i remember i used to use a site that i could redirect the path to a site but i forgot what it was called does anyone know of any?

You can get a free site at lots of places such as Geocities in Yahoo.
Make an .html file called index.html as follows:
This will redirect to www.url.com
