Mine is through my cable so they bill my cable and internet together. No, it's not charged by the hour, at least mine is not.

Usually u get a fee every month whether or not u have used it very much. no they dont charge u for how long u stay on. (believe me if they did, i would be broke, lol) How u pay for internet and what kind of fees u get really depend on the bussiness thing u hav. maybe if u look it up they will tell u more info on ur internet fees.

Depends on where you live, I heard overseas they do pay for internet by the hour. There used to be free internets, there is always the libraries computers, there are AOL free trial CD's other than that you are paying monthly.

It depends on what provider you have. Most r monthly but theres some where u pay for a certain amount of minutes.

if you have a wireless card on your computer it cost nothing or you can go through companys like a.t.t and aol and pay a monthly charge i have know ideal how they bill it but having a wireless card is where it is FREE

no, I pay for it on a monthly basis. $25 a month, for the entire month, no matter how much I use it.

depends... for dial up they charge by the minute... for dsl or cable its a monthly fee.
