Where can i find a website that allows me to upload a pic and then give me back a link of my pic?

I want to use a pic as a background in myspace and hi5 and a few days ago I saw a link in a friend's page (no I don't remember which friend and I'm not going thru all my friends) a link offering that service however i forgot the name of the website. NOTE: i need full quality of the pic.

There are tons of them, just Google or Yahoo search for free pic hosting.
