i buyed a visa gift card in wallgrens, and now when i try to use it, it says that its still no activated, how can i activate it?

can i do it online?

I put my maximum bid for something and got outbid half an hour later with about a day left to go. I thought I might as well sleep on it and figure out a way to get the best deal I can. Two hours later, I get an e-mail saying, "The seller ended the listing early and cancelled all bids." I don't shop on eBay often, but does this happen a lot? I also have a ding (negative feedback from a few months ago with some 16-year-old seller...ugh) on my feedback. Is this why this seller cancelled the bidding? Personally, I don't understand this since I got outbid...

I need advise on which web-building program (if any) to use for setting up a website for a heavy equipment sales brokerage. I would like to have the website "animated" (meaning pictures of the equipment we have ((loaders, backhoes, excavators, etc.)) would fade in and out to display what the equipment we have for sale looks like. I want these web pages to have a contruction / heavy equipment theme. I have never built a website, but am very computer literate.

from last 3 days my speed of internet is veryl slow cant sign in in yahoo mess and msn. Also cant open some website. And somewebsite open slowley. why this happening?

When I go into my start menu and click on "Internet Explorer", sometimes it will start dialing my ISP right away. At other times, it sits and "idles" for 20 seconds or so and then dials. Other times, it brings up the image of my homepage but doesn't even call my ISP. Can anyone diagnose the cause of this? The computer is only 6 months old.

I am making an arabic web site that have ton of tutorials that i translate from english to arabic .... and because i will only translate these tutorials and wont make them for myself , i will be able to choose whatever i like ... i know it will take a lot of hard work but do you think this idea would work ...... i mean would you go to a site that has got only translated tutorials....????

Ok. I read fanfiction.net, im over 13 years, and it still wont let me get it! When I go to "Register", it only says "Disagree", and "Return To Top". I CANT STAND THAT! it's been doing that since, well I can't remember how long. HELP!!!
