Click the Star in the toolbar.
Right click a blank spot in the toolbar and click on Menu Bar to get the File Edit View Favorites Tools Help menu back.
The retards at MS turned it off by default.

If you are used to seeing the standard toolbar, right click next to the tabs and select Menu Bar. You will see the line that says 'file edit view favorites tools help'

right beside the right side of the tabs there is a star click on that and u will find your favs.

there is a star to the left of your screen next to a star with a + on it. its a little annoying at first. but once you get used to it you will love it.
