Go to the My Computer folder on your computer
then Control Panel
lastly Appearance and Themes and you should be able to change font size

Hold down the ctrl button on your keyboard and push the + key to make the text larger. Hold ctrl and push the - key to make it smaller. If you have a wheel on your mouse, hold down the ctrl key and turn the wheel. Cheers!

Press and carry down the "ctrl" key at the same time as rolling your mouse wheel backward (larger) and/or ahead (smaller), to regulate to the dimensions you want. ??? don't have a mouse wheel ??? Then press "ctrl" and the + signal.
