goto the tools bar on the top of your browser, if you are using IE, goto "tools > Internet option" there is a button called "delete cookies". If you are using fire fox, goto "tools > clear private data" then choose what you wanna delete.

OK, you followed directions and deleted all those cookies. Guess what? They will come back as soon as you visit a new site, including your e-mail. Cookies are a necessary evil. All sites track your visits this way. If you forbid cookies, you will not be able to get into first gear on the information superhighway. Sad but true. You have no secrets from Big Brother.

click tools...then Internet options....delete cookies IE6 or Browsing history....delete all IE7.
