Internet - December 2006

This just started yesterday. When I click a link to a site from a Yahoo! search, it opens a new window. I have tabbed browsing disabled. I just want it to open in the same window so I can navigate with the back and forward buttons.

Seriously? Why? It's not all that accurate, but kids and morons act as if it's the gospel, the god's truth. Doesn't anyone else question the validity of a "encyclopedia that anyone can edit"? How stuipid is this? Any moron can go there and make up stuff. In fact, I think I'm going to do that right now. I'm going to re-wright history so that it's more befitting Alvis, my lord.

I have created the pages using frintpage and they are exactly how i want them when viewed in internet explorer but everything is scewed and distorted in Firefox

My PDFs are downloadable for free to my viewers. To generate revenue I would like to attach ads to the PDF or somehow deliver ads with the PDF to my readers. . Ideally I need to quickly and easily change these attached ads so that a new ad can be added to all my PDFs for 1 week periods. As these PDFs reside on my server, I should be able to edit (hopefully batch edit) my PDFs so that I can easily change the attached dynamic content as well as effect other PDF editing such as watermarks, etc.

its a compaq mv520...aka old...nywho. i dont know how to resize the settings, i play pool on pogo, and it wont let me see the balls..and it wont let me resize the pogo screen, at the bottom, or at the top, is there any way i can resize the screen on here? and, the color on here is also very dark, when im on msn, if i have a pink shirt on, it looks red...any help?

I know about the internet options and deleting history and about deleting cookies. But, what about when your on a website and you put one letter in and a drop down of all words starting with that letter that you ever typed in appears. How do I get rid of that. I have a new computer and my old one never did that.

I'm just curious, I was doing some research into how the Coca Cola Corporation largely invented our present image of "Santa". And I noticed that their websites carry the address "WWW2".

Can anyone tell me the background to this,- is it the start of the "Internet 2" that my ( european) sons keep warning me about?
