My internet connection is 2mb I can get onto yahoo ebay my email etc but there are some sites that wont load at all eg msn.com wayn.com This has me puzzled how is it that I can surf most sites fine but a few wont load at all

I am sending an email to a persons google mail account. How can i tell if the person blocked me, will I get an email saying the mail is undeliverable or will it go through as usual? Anyone having gmail can help me answer this thanks

I have AT&T Yahoo! DSL. I do not use the AT&T software, as I strictly use Internet Explorer 6 as my browser. In addition, I have AOL, at it appears that it connects ok...so I'm wondering if there is something that I can do to repair/fix IE? Everything else seems to work fine, and I must have Internet Access, or else I wouldn't be able to connect to AOL and AIM. Any ideas or suggestions?

Ok I have a technical problem. I have a buddy on my buddy list- we were just talking and now i see that she signed off ...now when i sign in to my other screen name i see she is signed on it says online 1hr 30 min idle for 15 min ok well when I sign on to my other screen name that we were just talking on I dont see her listed at all. even now when i go to my offline buddies shes not listed??? then i relist her but I still dont see her name? If she did block me would I still be able to see her name in offline buddies? I think I would but why is her name not showing up at all on my buddy list now? How can I know if she blocked me or if it is a technical error? If anyone knows answer for SURE please let me know thanks alot :-)
