The Nigeria scams are causing me to lose my patients and makes me want to close my email account.

Unfortunately, things like that come to everyone. The joy of Spam.
The best option would be to use a spam filter on your email box. If you use an email application on your computer it should have some option for configuring such a feature. Some web-based email clients also have the ability to filter out spam. It isn't perfect but it can get rid of a lot of the spam.

Just delete them. There's no way to stop them from sending that junk. It's all done with bots anyway. Every time you click on one of the "remove me" links, it actually adds you to a dozen more lists.

Hi man, you cant remove your address from their database, but you can do one thing you can block receiving mail from them, by putting spam protection and protecting mail from them, for more information see hepl in yahoo mail.

Sometimes it's easier to just change your email address. I use one for stuff that will probably generate crap and my regular one for normal stuff. Good luck.
