YOU DON'T NEED AN EXPENSIVE VIDEO-STEALING PROGRAM!
There should be a link to the URL and the Embed in copy-paste boxes, to the right of the video.
Copy the Embed. Paste what you copied into your URL browser, and where it says: "embed src=" there will be an http:// address there. Copy this, open Windows Media Player (or Quicktime, RealPlayer, whatever) and go under File, then Open URL. When you copy the link you took and enter it here, the player you are using will play the video.
Save it and voila, it's yours!
Note: I'm not sure if the "Open URL" comes with all video players. I just know that it does come with Windows Media, so use that if you have it.
Hope this helps.

There is only one way. Go to videodownloader.com or google that. You have to buy this program that is 30 dollars. But it is the only way. Aso youtube shuts down any program they find out can do it. So besides the one i told u its hard to do.

You need screen caption software that will capture audio and video. Personally I prefer:
Snagit
http://www.techsmith.com/
CamtasiaStudio
http://www.techsmith.com/camtasia.asp?CMP=KgoogleCStm
Both are from the same company.
Best of luck!
