Great Question and thank you for participating in Yahoo's Q & A. You really dont make those changes in your internet settings. Those changes are made in your video settings and by making the necessary changes which will help. In the middle of your desktop, right click one time and then click on "Properties." Then click on the "Settings" tab at the top of the page. You'll see the slider bar where you can change the resolution of your screen. This of course will keep those changes everywhere you go and everything you do. If by chance you're needing those changes while playing Yahoo Games or something along that line, by entering Yahoo Games thru www.alleykatzden.com you'll see at the top of Alleykatz page an area that will also allow you to make changes on your "Screen Size" while playing your games. This area does not effect the overall changes that you would make in your video properties. Also at the top of their page, you'll see an area that will allow you to change yahoo id's if you happen to have multiple names on your main Yahoo account. People use different names for playing different games so it's kinda kewl. If I can help further, let me know. Larry Radio Shack 01-9590

Resize the window or the resolution of the screen? Updating graphics card/drivers and a new monitor would help a lot.

edit::: but if you right click your desktop, go to PROPERTIES then SETTINGS you can see what your resolution is and what you can change it too. I'm guessing you have 800x600 which is small, most have 1024x768

answering this question is kind of hard....what you would have to do is change the resolution that you are using when it come to your display...I myself use 1152 x 864. One thing that you have to be aware of though is if your monitor cant handle it you may end up with a black screen. (just the monitor cannot handle the resolution). As for the darkness you may want to look into getting a new monitor. if it is dark and you have not made any changes to it since you go it it means the monitor may need replacing.
