Internet - December 2006

I recently received an email with photo attachment which momentarly arrived in my msn inbox but disappeared before i could open it. I, somehow, found it later in hotmail. I am a complete beginner at computing and do not remember how to get back into file to print copy of photos.

the scenario is that I have signed up to an unlimited broadband plan. Max speed and download as much data as i can. The catch is my isp has throttled certain activty (made it slower). Is there anyway around this for such p2ps as limewire, frostwire adn bitorrents. Thanks

I have a website subscription through a modeling website that used to sell access for 5 years per set you buy. Between the last successful visit and the first unsucessful visit the format to the site changed from buying access to each set for 5 years to a monthly subscription service. I tried to contact the website owner but he or she isn't responding. I bought it through paypal and I have records and it indeed does say the exact terms of my purchase. I already sent it through the buyer resolution process with no luck.

What resources do I have to get help from in getting a refund?
