I have a website subscription through a modeling website that used to sell access for 5 years per set you buy. Between the last successful visit and the first unsucessful visit the format to the site changed from buying access to each set for 5 years to a monthly subscription service. I tried to contact the website owner but he or she isn't responding. I bought it through paypal and I have records and it indeed does say the exact terms of my purchase. I already sent it through the buyer resolution process with no luck.
What resources do I have to get help from in getting a refund?
