I recently received an email with photo attachment which momentarly arrived in my msn inbox but disappeared before i could open it. I, somehow, found it later in hotmail. I am a complete beginner at computing and do not remember how to get back into file to print copy of photos.

Go to www.hotmail.co.uk type in your user name (email address) and password it should take you to your inbox. Open your message and then click on the attached file. Select Run or save and you should see the attachement. Good Luck!!!

Just go to hotmail (type in the search box, they'll find the site for you). Then click on 'log in', type in your user name and your password (hope you remember those) and hey presto, you're in ther!
Once you're there, add that page to your Favourites (it's got a star icon), so next time you won't have to look so hard, just click on Favourites, then the link...
Good luck!

1. restart your computer
2. open up your browser
3. enter http://hotmail.com
if you don't see login id/password dialogue, call your ISP. if you enter your login id and password but it does not work, then you forgot your password and start the FORGOT PASSWORD procedure on hotmail instead.
