I'm thinking of changing my broadband provider from BT to Sky (I'm in the UK). Does anyone have any comments/opinions/reviews on Sky's broadband service?

I've been with every provider under the sun and I can say Sky is the best so far.
Quick, easy to use and to deal with, and no problems whatsoever.
Its cheaper than I was paying, unlimited bandwith and good customer support. I only advise it if you're already a sky customer, not if you've thinking of getting sky for the broadband.

I signed up to the package- Sky Tv with free broadband- a very good deal. However, three weeks now down the line and I've been notified of one delay after the other. My sky TV was set up in less than seven days. So I guess if your happy to wait then go for it!

My mum is on Sky broadband. She had lots of teething problems, but I don't know if it was down to Sky or if it was her as this is the first ever time that she has used the internet.
She says that it is fine now.

Stay with BTa they may be more expensive,but you know you will get a reliable service,and good customer service, sky, orange, etc, offer good deals but they are only good if they actually work in the first place,

cant u get NTL,TELEWEST CABLE.
they are the best in the uk by far,betterspeeds,more upload/download.
tell BT that u are gonna leave them and they will give u a £15 goodwill gesture every bill..
