My computer's got some kind of virus that a bunch of pop-ups appear like when I'm on the internet and even when I'm not on the internet. And sometimes when I'm online or not, all of a sudden this blue screen comes up and says to remove any hardware I just got or something. Can anyone please tell me what kind of computer virus it is and where I possibly could have gotten it? Oh and also how to get rid of it? Thanks.

I cant understand people sticking to using Internet explorer for their browser as both Opera and Firefox are miles better. They are faster, great to make changes to and much safer than Internet Explorer. Yet IE still gets used by around 85% of the computer world.
