If you do change your E-Mail adress, you will have to redo your whole contact list (If on an HTML E-mail adress such as Yahoo.com or Hotmail.com) subsribe to all you mailling list .

Otherwise you just need to back up your contact list and E-mail.

In that csae, yes you can.

You can always create a new account on most of the big email service providers. Changing an email address is a little difficult and not many sites let you do that.

If you are talking about your Yahoo account, you need to create a new one to change it..

If you are just playing around, yes, you have permission.
