My lecturer has put mp3's on the net that play in quicktime and I would like to find out how to save them to my computer without having quicktime pro, as it will take too long to wait for it to buffer all the time

my dad has just made burnt a cd for me and now we want to make a front cover for the cd case but we dont know of a website that we can download pictures of cd covers and print them. i know this can be done because i have seen it before as well as on burnt dvd covers. can anyone suggest a website that can do this?
