My lecturer has put mp3's on the net that play in quicktime and I would like to find out how to save them to my computer without having quicktime pro, as it will take too long to wait for it to buffer all the time

You must have the Profesional Version of Quicktime in order to have the ability to save. Otherwise the "save" function is grayed out.

Sometimes you can right click the link and select, "save to hardrive" and it will work, but most of the time it won't.

Sneaky Apple guys!
