Essentially the only real danger lies in how much information you put about yourself.

As with all sites asking for personal info, you take a certain risk.

I'm pretty sure most people are aware of it.

its not dagerous, its only dangerous if you put your phone number, address, school ect on there. Sounds like your parents are a little too protective and just want you to stay off of there. Myspace is fun not dangerous! Also if you just add your favorite bands and your real life friends, put that your profile is private and that no one can add you as a friend unless they know your last name or email your fine. stop worrying and use common sence.

actually its only dangerous if you make it dangerous for yourself. i know all the people on my friends list. Plus you have the options to block anyone who isn't a friend from viewing.

not to meet anyone unless someone is with her? you could have 10 people with her if she was stupid enough to meet someone and it wouldnt matter. If the person has a gun its easy to do harm to everyone. Best thing is NOT to be so retarded and NOT to meet anyone unless you know them in real life and your going out to the mall or something.

it just depends upon how you use myspace.com. A lot of people get on there to talk to friends/family when they're not around them. Like I said it depends upon you and your intentions.

Also, as with anything else, you need to be cautious about what you put on there.

Not very, it is like having a loaded gun. It is only dangerous if you act stupidly with it.
