I have added -people to my ignore list and when the computer shuts down somehow their name is removed. Why???? I want names to remain on ignore

I am planning to build a forum . At the moment I am planning to buy a www.com address ...How shud I go about building the forum ? iam thinking of buying phone online from mobile-intel.com,
i want to know if there will be any extra charges such as customs duty, tax etc during the delivery.

When reading an email message, such as JC Penney, and I want to go to a different catagory, such as applicances, there's a hand that pops up and I can't go anywhere except the original email message. It's probably some type of security "thingy", but I can't figure it out. I just switched to BellSouth DSL from an AOL dial up...does this have anything to do with my problem?
