heres what i usually do...create a separate account (literally make up any email address) - make sure though that you create an artists page and not a regular page. then, click add songs and it will let you browse your computer. let me know if you have any more qeustions.

I was having issues with Myspace, music wouldnt work, couldnt get songs to download...so I gave up. Myspace to slow and has too many restrictions. I have jumped over to Lostcherry. You can download way more songs and pics. I have over a hundred pics, and 25 songs right now but space to load over 100 songs. And you can set the page to play a different song everytime somebody views your profile.. Use this link to check out the site

Seriously, you haven't given enough information about your intentions, I think, for others to provide advice--not that you should take any advice from the non-lawyers you'll find here anyway. A great deal of fiction is based on fact, inspired by actual incidents and people ("names changed to protect the innocent, " etc.). Sometimes that fiction is not flattering to those it portrays. It's done all the time. My lawyer friends tell me an important element is "intent" -- that is, do you intend to do harm to the individuals. Can your work be characterized as malicious?
