i cant open yahoo messenger. it says an error has encountered & it cant be open?

Yes, I agree...try signing in a few more times and if it still doesn't sign in then re-download yahoo messenger. It almost always solves the problems, and if it doesn't, then it's more than likely yahoo servers and not your computer.

mine has done that delete it and re download it that should solve the prob you might of got a bug on it
