When reading an email message, such as JC Penney, and I want to go to a different catagory, such as applicances, there's a hand that pops up and I can't go anywhere except the original email message. It's probably some type of security "thingy", but I can't figure it out. I just switched to BellSouth DSL from an AOL dial up...does this have anything to do with my problem?

I think this has to do with your security settings. Since you switched to DSL and it started happening after the switch, perhaps they installed some security software along with it. Find out what it is and try to get into configuration to change the security settings.
