I delete questions if the answers are just horrible or unrelated. I just do not want to send them for a vote. If I do that I do not think I get points back but I do not care because I would rather not give a best answer for trash. If people are nice I will pick something. What happens with deletion to them and me with points?

I would like to be able to swap between English and Chinese as sometimes my Chinese friends send their emails in Englsih and Chinese on the one page but I need to decode the code the Chinese parts are in!

If I had googled a topic, say 'mexican restaurants' I could understand getting a kazillion responses, plus some sponsored links. However, this seems incredibly unethical, almost like identity theft!

okay. one of the ebay members emailed me and told me to send a copy of the email i was reporting. (i know how to do that). and he said to make sure the header is in my reply (along with the message i copied and pasted).
that's where i need help. how do i find the header???

ive tried inserting the code in the caption box for adding a background image to the more pictures page but it does not work.
here is the code i find everywhere. does this code not work anymore?

i used photobucket to upload my image. and then tinyurl to shorten it and put that inbetween the quotations.
any suggestions?

I Know NOTHING about computers, we are paying up the butt for comcast online, was told dsl is cheaper and faster but I have NO idea what this means or who to get it from!
